Reporting to the Nursing Director, the Nurse Manager Behavioral Health will have oversight of the Hospital's Adult Inpatient Behavioral Health Unit.
The Nurse Manager Behavioral Health will direct the day-to-day clinical operations of the unit including oversight of staff development, hiring, training, scheduling, and new hire onboarding.
In addition, the Nurse Manager Behavioral Health will assist with oversight of the departmental administrative operations including unit budgets, resource management, and ensuring policies and procedures are up to date and being followed.
