PJob SummaryThe Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for the daily administrative and HR duties of an organizationThe HR Coordinator will assist with activities related to employment and employee relations, with a strong focus in Team Member Engagement (TMX).
General Duties- Serve as a key participant in the advancement of TMX goals and special projects- Support Team Member Training Department- Provide Back-up office and administrative support- Participates in Quarterly Inventory- Other job duties as assignedHR Duties- Review and facilitate processing:
- Time-clock hours & attendance functions- Payroll functions- Bonus payments- Pay and position changes- Employee performance functions, including evaluations and discipline- New hire onboardingCore Competencies / Job Requirements:
- One to three years of experience in HR- Bachelor's Degree in HR (preferred)- SHRM Certification (preferred)- Knowledge of a broad range of HR components and employment law- Experience with MS Office Suite- Experience with HRIS/payroll systems and/or Workday a plus- Bi-lingual Spanish strongly preferredSchedule:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
