o Direct preparation of station deli food menu.
o Maintain cleanliness and comply with all food sanitation, handling, and storage requirements.
o Operate cash register, Oregon lottery machine, and credit card terminalso Clean counters, work area, and equipment throughout shift Additional Functions o Learn, maintain, and operate all processes associated with the position including paperwork and schedulingo Maintain a team environment with other employees and departmentso Other duties as needed to help maintain a clean and professional environment Duties/Requirements o Responsible to report to work at the scheduled time; be a team member who can be depended upon to complete work in a timely, accurate, and thorough manner; be conscientious about assignmentso Will accurately handle money to include cash, checks, debit, credit or house charges.
