years of agricultural line production experience Crop production experience- Routine maintenance, general repairs and fabrication - Experience planting, spraying, harvesting, and record keeping - Enforce safety regulations and policies- Good communications skills - Able to identify problems, take action, analyze information, and evaluate results.
