We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Develop and implement appropriate therapeutic activities and interventions based on patients' goals and abilities.
4.
Help patients improve their cognitive, physical, sensory, and motor skills, as well as their self-care abilities.
5.
Teach patients how to use adaptive equipment and assistive devices effectively.
6.
Provide guidance and support to patients in order to enhance their coping and problem-solving skills.
7.
Monitor and record patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
8.
Educate patients and their families on strategies to prevent further injury or disability.
9.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care and optimal outcomes for the patients.
10.
Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in occupational therapy.
11.
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all patient interactions and treatments.
Qualifications and Skills:
1.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
2.
Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
3.
Proven experience working as an Occupational Therapist (OT) is preferred.
4.
Excellent knowledge of human anatomy and physiology.
5.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
6.
Empathy and understanding of patients' physical and emotional challenges.
7.
Ability to create and maintain a positive and supportive environment.
8.
Good problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
9.
Proficiency in utilizing therapeutic equipment and technology.
10.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
11.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
12.
Flexibility to adapt to change and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
13.
Commitment to ethical practices and confidentiality.
14.
CPR certification is desirable.
