A local company in the Hermiston area is looking for a customer service representative to help grow and sustain their business. This representative needs to be fluent in construction industry language and be Bilingual (Spanish).

What You ll Be Doing:

  • Answering phones, entering orders for retail accounts, and providing service to walk in customers
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of clients products, servicing, and pricing structure
  • Maintain accurate inventory reports and database for parts issued, received, and sold
  • Other duties, as assigned
  • Providing top-notch team work to ensure job gets done in a timely matter.

Preferred Qualifications:
Must be self motivated, demonstrate initiative, follow direction and complete assignments without a lot of support. Must be computer literate and familiar with Microsoft programs. Previous inside sales experience preferred. This representative must be adept at using construction industry terminology.
Must be Bilingual (Spanish speaking)
