Cleary Building Corp. has an immediate full-time opening in the Hermiston, Oregon area for a motivated self-starter to take charge of the management/supervisory responsibilities of the administrative staff; sales team and production staff at our local Branch Office. Responsibilities include budgeting; managing construction projects; supervising direct reports; prospecting leads and closing building sales of pre-engineered post frame structures in an established territory.

Outstanding customer service, previous commissioned sales experience; management/supervisory experience, and knowledge of the building construction industry are essential. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required. A college degree is desirable.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
