Knowledge:
Building and Construction: Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction of houses and buildings.
Customer Service: Knowledge of principles for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
Design: Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models
Sales and Marketing: Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
Mathematics: Knowledge of basic arithmetic.

Customer Service: Meet with customers to determine building needs. Use Cleary's software to assist client in developing their ideas. Sell and close construction contracts.

Qualifications:
Sales: Commissioned sales experience of high ticket items.
Construction: Basic understanding of construction principals.
Technology: Comfortable using Microsoft products and the ability to learn custom software tools.
Driver's License: A valid driver's license with a good driving record
Miscellaneous Pre-Employment Testing:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
