Job Description:
Goodwill Industries of the Columbia is seeking a Lead Cashier to assist the management team in the efficient operation of the Walla Walla Goodwill Store.
Job tasks include:
o Providing, and coaching for excellent customer service
o Accurately performing transactions on the POS terminal
o Performing cash controls, and banking functions
o Assisting with the training, and development of new employees
o Serving as Manager on Duty as business needs dictate
o Maintaining a clean, well merchandised/stocked retail store

JOB LOCATION
325 W. Theater Lane, Hermiston OR
HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:
40 hours per week. Days and hours are dependent on business needs.
SALARY / WAGE /
Benefits:
Starting hourly wage is dependent on experience/qualifications. Introductory review after 90 days of employment followed by yearly performance reviews. Insurance benefits available.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
